We want every child to receive the right learning materials in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, we are happy to help with a return or exchange.
Eligible for Return & Exchange
- Damaged book received.
- Wrong book delivered.
- Manufacturing defects.
- Product must be in original condition.
- Request within 48 hours of delivery.
Not Eligible for Return
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Wrong order placed by customer.
- Minor color differences.
- Product damaged after use.
- Incomplete return requests.
Shipping & Return Charges
If your return or exchange request is approved, the book amount will be refunded or exchanged free of cost. However, the return courier/shipping charges must be paid by the customer. Customers are responsible for safely packing and sending the product back to our return address. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
